Superior Care is a patient-communications service. We work with dental and healthcare practices to send the emails their patients actually need — new-patient availability, checkup reminders, and practice announcements.
Every message from superior-care.info is sent for a specific, named practice, and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Received an email from us? It's because you're a patient or contact of a practice we work with, you inquired with one of them, or a practice near you is accepting new patients. Not interested? One click on the unsubscribe link and you're out — or write to us and we'll remove you within 48 hours.

What we collect
Only what's needed to deliver email: your name, email address, and general location where provided. We never collect or store medical records or protected health information.
How we use it
Solely to send communications for the practice associated with your record. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.
Email tracking
Our messages may record delivery, opens, and clicks. We use this only to measure usefulness and to stop emailing inactive addresses.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe — the link in any email, effective immediately.
- Access or deletion — email us to see what we hold about you or to have it erased.
- Questions — our contact address reaches a real person, not an unmonitored inbox.
Retention & providers
Contact data is kept only while needed. Unsubscribed addresses stay on a suppression list so we never email you again by mistake. Delivery is handled by reputable email service providers acting on our instructions only.
